1. Subscription Services
HafjetWasap operates on a subscription-based model. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
1.1 Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
1.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to our technical issues
- Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment
1.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
- Usage-based charges (messages sent, API calls, etc.)
- Add-on services or premium features purchased separately
- Refunds requested due to change of mind or business requirements
- Refunds for services that have been used extensively during the billing period

2.1 How to Request a Refund

2.2 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in this policy.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
