1. Subscription Services

HafjetWasap operates on a subscription-based model. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

1.1 Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to our technical issues
  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Usage-based charges (messages sent, API calls, etc.)
  • Add-on services or premium features purchased separately
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind or business requirements
  • Refunds for services that have been used extensively during the billing period
